Endpoints

• GET /api/wems/announcements
• POST /api/wems/announcements/show updates announcement_times_show
• POST /api/wems/announcements/{id}/read updates announcement_times_read
• POST /api/wems/announcements/{id}/like updates announcement_times_like
• POST /api/wems/announcements/{id}/dislike updates announcement_times_dislike

Like/dislike totals are returned for admin statistics. Native MAUI does not need to display these controls.
